Family Visa

In order to qualify for a family member visa, your family member should be present and settled in the UK. They should have settled in the UK, be a British citizen, have humanitarian protection, or have refugee status in the UK.

The eligibility requirements to apply to join a family living permanently in the UK, include:

• → The applicant must be 18 or over unless they are a child
• → You must have a recognized relationship with the family member
• → The applicant must intend to live with their partner or family member in the UK after they apply
• → The family member can provide the applicant with adequate accommodation in the UK
• → The applicant can understand, speak and write in English (unless they are under 18 or an adult dependent family member).

How We Work

We provide you with a comprehensive checklist of required documents, as well as templates approved and accepted by the Home Office. When making your family member visa application, we advise on the evidence needed and the process of submitting it from the country you apply from.
