OET (The Occupational English Test)


Is an English Proficiency Test specialising in particular professions including Nursing. The Changes in Updated OET..

Listening: Will be shorter(3 parts,3Tasks,45 minutes) Reading: Include new task types, short-answer questions, and a new broader range of documents(3 parts,3Tasks,60 minutes)


OET Grading/ Scaling

Results for the four sub-tests (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) will be reported on a scale from 0 to 500, alongside the usual OET grades (A to E)


What remains the same?

Many of the tasks, the format of the test and the focus in each sub-test (Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking) will remain the same.

Give up Hobbies

It is more important to maintain a calm mind to be able to retain more information. It will also help you increase the eagerness, efficiency, and result in a lackluster performance.


Take Notes

Taking notes is an essential skill you will need for the listening, speaking, and writing sections of the OET test. S Persons who obtain excellent notes usually get higher scores on the OET test.
